Your data belongs to you
The data and files you upload belong to you. Analysis data and reports can be exported to Excel at any time, subject to user permissions. You can request account and data deletion; backup copies are handled according to our privacy policy.
Encryption and storage
Communication with the website and application is protected by HTTPS. Stored information is encrypted by the cloud provider.
Isolation and permissions
Customer data separation is enforced in the database with Row Level Security. It is enabled on all data tables in the application schema. Customer data access is limited to authorized users according to user and warehouse permissions; administrative access requires administrator privileges.
Backups and continuity
Customer data is backed up daily, and a full system backup is scheduled twice a week. An additional full system copy runs on separate, independent infrastructure and is updated weekly from the full backup. Backup copies are stored in two physically separate locations.
Long-term retention
Daily backups are retained for 60 days, full backups for approximately three months, and monthly backups indefinitely. Deletion requests are handled according to our privacy policy, including the handling of backup copies.
Monitoring and policy
The system is managed according to our privacy policy and information security procedures. Safeguards include suspicious-activity monitoring, rate limits on public forms and access controls. No system can guarantee absolute security.
